Clinic Policies / Insurance / Fees

We are participating providers in most private insurance plans within our area, along with Medicare and Arkansas Medicaid. Law requires us to collect all copayments and deductible amounts. We will freely provide our fees for services upon request.

Payment is requested at the time of service. Prompt payment is appreciated since it allows us to hold down costs of billing and bookkeeping and avoid fee increases.

Realizing that medical costs are often unplanned, our office manager, Tina Johnson, is very willing to discuss individual payment plans when requested. Mrs. Johnson can be reached at (870) 424-4200 ext. 14.
